We have a few things to say about our shipping of selected products. Read them all below.


Shipping Information

Available on selected products only.
$5 flat delivery rate

We ensure your order leaves our bakery in tested packaging, to keep our products stable & cool.  We cannot take responsibility or provide replacements for parcels that are delayed, lost or damaged during the delivery process.

Any complaints should be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery to hello@wildflourmount.co.nz and will be investigated via our courier service.

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance, if we do not accept the order, we will contact you to let you know why and process a full refund. We use Stripe as our online payment system and rely on Stripe to keep your financial information secure. Your credit card information is not stored or captured at any time on our website or by us. All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated. All accepted orders, will be shipped via Post Haste within New Zealand only. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
