Below are a few frequently asked questions to help you with your Wildflour experience. If you can't find your answer here please send us an email.


What time can I collect my order?

You can collect your order from us on the day you selected pick up. We are open Monday to Friday 7am – 2:30pm for collections unless otherwise confirmed.

How long will the slices, bars and bliss balls last?

All of these products will keep well refrigerated for 7 days, or frozen for up to 6 months.

How long will your baked goods keep fresh?

Our baked goods are best eaten on the day of collection from our kitchen. Except for our banana bread which will stay fresh for 3-4 days at room temperature or frozen for up to 6 months.

 How long will my jar of granola keep for?

Our granola jars come with a best before date of 6 months, just keep the granola sealed in its jar or sealed container.

 Am I able to refill my granola jar?

YES! – We are offering discounted granola jar refills at our Bakery, just pop in with your Wildflour jar and we can refill it for you.

 I have a large order, are you able to deliver to us?

If you’d like to enquire about having an item delivered locally please email us with the order you would like delivered, the delivery address and date to hello@wildflourmount.co.nz

 Do you have the nutritional information for your products?

Our retail products will have nutritional information displayed on the packaging and on our website however we do not have this information calculated for baking and slices that are not packaged goods. All allergens and dietary information will be displayed on the website, Please email us if you have any allergy/dietary questions we're happy to help!
